| GETTEC IMC Mono | French version |
The machine GETTEC I.M.C Mono is designed for high pressure injection of polyester or other single component paints in SMC and BMC moulding technologies.
The I.M.C principle. The procees consists in injecting paint under hight pressure into a closed mould during the moulding cycle of the plastic material. Injection is carried out at a precise moment in the hardening of the piece.
Advantages of the process
1. Productivity - Painting of without increasing the time required for the moulding cycle. - No loss of paint. - Suppression of surface treatment before applying paint (such as primers, under-coats, pore filing, pumicing, etc...
2. Environnement - No solvant. - No aerosol emission. -Reduction of dust and pumicing work.
Particularities of the GETTEC I.M.C Mono
- High capacity hydraulic motor injection at a pressure of above 400 bars.- Constant temperature control of the paint by automatic recirculation as well as efficient water cooling of the head. - Electronic control of the quantities injected by a programmable micro-processor using a display and tactile LCD sreen. - Choice of pressure and duration of the injection level steps. - Control of injection pressure by digital display on screen. - PLC processing of parametres set in motion by an "OK PRESS" signal. - Metering cylinder benefist from a lubrification system which ensures prolonged service and reduced maintenance - Range of metering cylinders for injection from 10 cm3 to 500 cm3.
